Important Safety Information:
Always use lights at night. An invisible cyclist is an dangerous one. Make yourself visible as much as possible when riding at night.
Carry an extra tube set, portable bicycle pump, bike tool, and extra set of lights while riding.
Take your bike in for regular maintenance.
Wear a helmet which complies with safety regulations.
All countries have different bicycle safety regulations; please make sure you are following all rules and regulations when you enjoy cycling.
Always accompany your children at all times.
GreenChamp Bikes offers a 1 year warranty against manufacturer's defects on our frames and 1 year on other parts (tires, tubes, saddle, paint, handlebar and grips).
Improper use of the GreenChamp Bike or a lack of maintenance do not fall under Manufacturer defects. GreenChamp Bikes will not be able to satisfy any warranty claims related to improper use or maintenance.
To validate your warranty, you must email your warranty number and warranty letter. Your warranty letter must be received and acknowledged within 45 days of receiving your GreenChamp Bike.
Warranty claims should be sent to and are valid for 45 days from the date of purchase. GreenChamp Bikes reserves the right to request photographs of the damage and may only replace the damaged part, rather than the entire bicycle. GreenChamp Bikes also reserves the right to issue a store credit at any time for warranty claims we are unable to satisfy based on current production or for any other reason.
